An easy-handling big bore rifle, the Marlin® Model 1895™ Trapper Lever-Action Rifle with Magpul® ELG Stock combines a classic guide gun design with an advanced stock. Part of Marlin's Trapper Series conceived by hunting and fishing guides in Alaska, the fast-handling Model 1895 Trapper is optimized for hunting or protection from dangerous animals. Built to perform reliably and stand up to weather, this gun combines a durable Magpul ELG stock and forend with stainless steel receiver, lever, trigger guard plate, and barrel with a satin, non-shiny finish. This compact powerhouse sports a short 16" barrel made of a cold hammer-forged 410 stainless steel with ultraprecise rifling and a threaded muzzle (11/16"-24) to accommodate a muzzle brake, the included thread protector, or other barrel accessories. Capable of mounting a wide variety of accessories, the gun's high-performance synthetic stock and forend offers loads of custom adjustment and an ammunition quiver that stores an extra 6 rounds. Versatile stock comes with 3 length of pull spacers and a cheek riser and 2 spacers to improve sight alignment with optics. Easy-cycling design features a nitride-finished bolt for smooth cycling and durability and a glove-friendly oversized lever loop. 5-round, tubular magazine with an easy-to-use loading gate on the receiver. Adjustable Skinner Sights™ Picatinny-mounted peep sight is perfect for rapid target acquisition. Positive, push-button, cross-bolt manual safety and traditional half-cock hammer.
