It adapts to the needs of the modern battlefield by converting between 7.62 NATO, .338 Norma Magnum, and .300 Norma Magnum with relative ease. It's no surprise, then, that the MK 22 is the USSOCOM Advanced Sniper Rifle (ASR) and U.S. Army Precision Sniper Rifle (PSR) contract winner. It's built around an aluminum chassis outfitted with a folding stock with adjustable length-of-pull and cheek piece, 10 mil rail, and M-LOK® attachment slots on the forend. The MK 22's bolt rides in a fully enclosed polymer bolt guide, providing the smooth and reliable operation Barrett is known for - even in the harshest environments. The polymer cheek piece is adjustable for comb height to suit your needs, no tools required. Likewise, the trigger group is removable quickly and with no tools, aiding in both modularity and field serviceability. The 26" barrel is fluted and comes with a factory-installed muzzle brake to help mitigate recoil and provide quick follow-up shots. The MK 22 comes complete with a bevy of accessories, including a Leupold® Mark 5HD Scope, two 10-round magazines, Harris bipod, bag rider, Badger Ordnance mounting equipment, and Pelican® Vault hard case.
